請大家7月25日晚上7:30 穿上舒適的運動服,在網上與王莉茵老師一起作瑜珈暖身運動。

講員:
王莉茵小姐 (Mrs. Lih-in W. Rezania) 任職明州衛生署,是明州首席的公共衛生工程師,也是一位業餘瑜珈教練。她修練瑜珈20年,起源於坐骨神經及下腰疼痛

的復健治療,也期望瑜珈能消減失眠的頻次和焦慮,每晚能快快入睡。十年瑜珈之後卻發現原有的脊柱側凸症狀已在無形中矯正過來。她親身體驗瑜珈的效應,樂

於分享學習心得、散佈瑜珈之樂。
