Please join us this Thursday, September 16, 5:30-6:30 Central Time for the Queens Library Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration. Dizi (Chinese bamboo flute) virtuoso Chen Tao will be joined by Gao Hong and Paul Dice for an hour of classical music celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival, demonstrations of the dizi, xiao, and pipa, and the world premiere of composer Paul Dice’s Encounter for dizi and pipa.
